By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Scope

This policy applies to all services provided by The Ecom Solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Shopify Development
  • WordPress & WooCommerce Development
  • eBay Store Management
  • Product Hunting
  • Graphic Design & Branding
  • Meta Advertising
  • Social Media Management
  • Website Maintenance
  • Any other custom digital services

2. Project Cancellation

Clients may request to cancel a project by contacting us in writing.

The amount eligible for refund depends on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.


3. Before Project Begins

If a cancellation request is received before any work has started, we may issue a refund after deducting any applicable transaction or administrative fees.


4. After Project Work Has Started

Once project work has begun, research, planning, design, development, or other professional services have already been invested.

For this reason:

  • Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
  • Any refund, if applicable, will be determined based on the amount of work completed.
  • Time spent on consultation, planning, strategy, design, development, revisions, and project management is considered billable work.

5. Completed Projects

Once a project has been completed, approved, delivered, or handed over to the client, no refunds will be provided.

This includes:

  • Website Development
  • Shopify Stores
  • WordPress Websites
  • Branding Packages
  • Graphic Design
  • Marketing Campaign Setup
  • eBay Store Services
  • Any custom digital solution

6. Digital Services

Because our services involve customized digital work rather than physical products, completed services cannot be returned.

Accordingly, completed digital services are generally non-refundable.


7. Client Delays

Projects may be delayed if required information, approvals, or materials are not provided by the client.

Examples include:

  • Delayed feedback
  • Missing content
  • Missing images or branding assets
  • Hosting or domain access delays
  • Login credential delays

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.


8. Project Abandonment

If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days, the project may be placed on hold or considered abandoned.

If the client later wishes to resume the project:

  • A revised timeline may apply.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on the remaining work.

Refunds will not be issued for abandoned projects.


9. Revision Requests

Our goal is client satisfaction.

Reasonable revisions are provided according to the agreed project scope.

Requests that introduce new features, redesigns, or additional work outside the original agreement may require additional charges.

Revision requests do not qualify for refunds.


10. Third-Party Costs

Refunds do not apply to third-party expenses already incurred, including but not limited to:

  • Domain registration
  • Web hosting
  • Shopify subscription fees
  • WordPress premium themes
  • Premium plugins
  • Paid applications
  • Advertising spend
  • Stock images
  • Fonts
  • Software licenses

These purchases are subject to the refund policies of their respective providers.


11. Marketing Services

For Meta Ads, social media management, SEO, or other marketing services:

  • Fees for completed work are non-refundable.
  • Advertising budgets paid directly to advertising platforms are not controlled by The Ecom Solutions and cannot be refunded by us.

12. Custom Development

Custom development projects involve planning, coding, testing, and implementation.

Once development has commenced, refunds will be considered only for work that has not yet been performed, at our sole discretion.


13. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations, we may choose to offer a full or partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.

Such decisions are entirely at the discretion of The Ecom Solutions and do not establish an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.


14. Payment Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly if they have concerns regarding billing or services.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through communication.

Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us may delay project resolution and affect future business relationships.


15. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Any updates become effective upon publication on our website.
